*Terms & Conditions for menu owners: http://www.fodderfinder.co.uk and http://www.fodderfinder.co.uk and all files and subdirectories contained respectively therein are considered (and are) the same website and are referred to as fodderfinder.co.uk. All pricing structures are detailed above. Special Opening Offer lasts until end of 30/06/08. Free advertising of menus will be continued until representatives from fodderfinder.co.uk have received instruction from the food establishment that it is not willing to pay for advertising. Non-paid-for menus will be removed, and advertising will be reduced to No 1 advert. Any payments for No 2 or 3 adverts received after 30/06/07; advertising of the menu will commence from the time payment clears and will continue for 1 calendar year after first inclusion onto fodderfinder.co.uk. Adverts 4, 5, 6 & 7 have no free period and are not connected with the special offer. Advert 4 free "other page" adverts are subject to availability. Free "other page" adverts are subject to withdrawal at any time and may not be offered. All payments for advertising are to be made in advance. Payments for updating menus are 1 off payments per update for administration costs and will not change the contractual end date of the pre-paid 1 calendar year subscription for advertising. We cannot guarantee website availability due to circumstances beyond our control, although it is currently running at 99.9% up-time. All trademarks and copyrights remain the property of their individual owners. fodderfinder.co.uk has made every effort to reproduce menus correctly. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect with the website, including wishing to remove your menu or listing, please do not hesitate to contact us, and we will endeavour to sort out any problems as soon as is reasonably practicable. A written request sent to fodderfinder.co.uk will be needed before menus are removed. If a request to remove a menu from the site is made in any other means other than in writing, a representative from fodderfinder.co.uk may contact the telephone number on the menu to confirm that the request is genuine and/or ask for written confirmation. fodderfinder.co.uk reserve the right to change the pricing structure and/or Terms & Conditions at any time; all pre-paid advertising subscription rates will be honoured until the end of the subscription period. © fodderfinder.co.uk 2007.
